Information we collect

When you place an order, GymPlant collects your name, email, phone number, postal code, delivery address or pickup preference, bottle count, optional notes, order status and any payment reference recorded after an Interac e-Transfer is received.

Faster repeat ordering on your device

The order form saves your package choice, contact details, delivery preference and address in this browser so you do not have to enter them again. You can remove that saved draft at any time with “Forget saved details” in checkout. It is not payment information.

How we use it

We use this information to hold and confirm your order, send payment and fulfilment instructions, arrange Sunday delivery or pickup, provide support, prevent fraud and maintain required business records. GymPlant does not sell personal information.

Payment privacy

The website does not collect card numbers, banking credentials or e-transfer passwords. Interac e-Transfers are completed through your own financial institution outside this website.

Storage and service providers

Information may be processed by hosting, database and communications providers acting for GymPlant. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You can request access, correction or deletion by emailing gymplantbc@gmail.com, subject to records GymPlant must retain.
