Information we collect

When you place an order or request availability, GYMPLANT may collect your name, phone number, email, postal code, delivery address, selected British Columbia delivery area, meal choices, optional notes and order status.

How we use it

We use this information to confirm availability and meals, send order and delivery updates, prepare the requested mix, provide support, prevent fraud and maintain required business records. GYMPLANT does not sell personal information.

Financial information

The website does not collect card numbers, banking credentials or financial-account passwords. Any transaction requested for an order is completed outside this website through the customer’s own financial institution.

Anonymous website analytics

GYMPLANT uses first-party analytics to understand which pages, delivery areas and page sections are useful, how far visitors scroll, active time on the website, and progress through the order journey. Approximate city and region may be recorded from the hosting network, but the underlying IP address is not stored. Analytics use random visitor and session identifiers. We do not store IP addresses, form entries, names, contact details, precise delivery addresses or browser fingerprints in analytics. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are respected, and raw analytics events are retained for up to 180 days. An administrator can locally exclude their current browser from future analytics without fingerprinting it or changing historical records.
