Weekly order schedule

The weekly cutoff is Friday at 9 PM for the upcoming Sunday route. Home delivery across Surrey + the Lower Mainland takes place throughout Sunday. Pickup instructions are supplied after ordering when partner-gym pickup is selected.

Orders and payment

Submitting the current order form places a one-time GymPlant order and holds the selected bottles pending payment. The confirmation displays the exact amount, e-transfer email and unique order message. No card charge, account or subscription is created.

Confirmation

The order becomes payment received after the e-transfer is matched, then confirmed for the selected delivery or pickup method. An unpaid hold may expire after the period shown during checkout.

Nutrition information

The website publishes formulation ranges for the current refrigerated ready-to-drink meal. Normal ingredient and supplier variation may affect a finished serving. The web Nutrient Ledger is not a Canadian Nutrition Facts table.

Allergies and dietary needs

GymPlant Complete contains water-buffalo milk, barley and sesame. Barley contains gluten, and the drink contains lactose. Customers are responsible for disclosing allergies and confirming whether GymPlant can safely accommodate a request before payment.
