1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using GYMPLANT's meal prep delivery service, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Service Description
GYMPLANT provides weekly meal prep delivery services across Vancouver and surrounding BC cities. Our service includes:
- Dietary Options: Vegan, vegetarian, and omnivore meal plans
- Cuisine Varieties: Mediterranean, Chinese, Italian, Mexican, Indian, and American cuisines
- Customization: Meal plans customized for fitness goals (bulking, cutting, balanced nutrition)
- Weekly Delivery: Fresh meals delivered every Sunday
- Meal Customizations: Portion size adjustments, add-ons (extra protein, premium nuts, fresh fruit, extra veggies)
- Flexible Pricing: Multiple pricing plans available with no mandatory subscriptions
- Nutritional Information: Complete macronutrient breakdown for all meals
Orders must be placed by Friday 6:00 PM for Sunday delivery.
3. Ordering and Payment
Order Placement
- Orders are accepted Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Friday 6:00 PM is the cutoff for Sunday delivery
- You must provide accurate delivery information and dietary preferences
- Order confirmation will be sent via email with nutritional details
- Meal selections and customizations must be finalized before the cutoff
Payment
- Payment is required at the time of order placement
- We accept credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Interac e-Transfer, and cash on delivery
- All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- Customization add-ons (extra protein, premium nuts, fresh fruit, extra veggies) are priced separately
- Delivery is free on orders $75+; $5 delivery fee applies to orders under $75

- No mandatory subscriptions - order week by week

4. Delivery Policy
Delivery Areas
We deliver to the following BC cities:
- Vancouver
- Richmond
- Surrey
- Burnaby
- New Westminster
- North Vancouver
- Langley
- Abbotsford
Delivery Schedule
- Deliveries are made every Sunday
- Delivery time windows will be communicated via email/SMS
- Someone must be available to receive the delivery
- We are not responsible for meals left unattended or exposed to improper temperatures
- Special delivery instructions should be provided during checkout
5. Meal Customization and Dietary Preferences
Available Customizations
- Dietary Options: Choose from vegan, vegetarian, or omnivore meal plans
- Cuisine Selection: Mediterranean, Chinese, Italian, Mexican, Indian, or American
- Fitness Goals: Meals customized for bulking, cutting, or balanced nutrition
- Portion Sizes: Adjustable portion sizes to meet your caloric needs
- Add-Ons: Extra protein boost, premium nuts & seeds, fresh fruit pack, extra veggies
- Add-Ons: Extra sauce packet ($0.99), extra brown rice ($1.49), cheese topping ($1.49), premium veggie mix ($1.99), fresh avocado ($2.49), double protein ($2.99)
Customization Changes
- Meal customizations can be modified until Friday 6:00 PM
- Changes after the cutoff cannot be accommodated
- Pricing may vary based on selected customizations
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled or modified up to Friday 6:00 PM for Sunday delivery
- Cancellations made after the deadline will not receive a refund

- Cancellation confirmation will be sent via email
Refunds
- Refunds for quality issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide photos and detailed description of quality concerns
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days
- We reserve the right to deny refunds for unreasonable requests
- No refunds for meals not consumed within recommended timeframes
7. Food Safety and Quality
- All meals are prepared in accordance with Canadian food safety regulations
- Meals should be refrigerated immediately upon receipt
- Consume meals within recommended timeframes (provided on packaging)
- We are not responsible for spoilage due to improper storage or delayed refrigeration
- Storage instructions are provided with each delivery
- Reheating instructions included for optimal taste and safety
8. Dietary Information and Allergens
Our meals are available in vegan, vegetarian, and omnivore options. However, all meals may contain common allergens including:
- Soy, wheat, nuts, seeds
- Dairy and eggs (vegetarian and omnivore options)
- Fish and shellfish (omnivore options)
- Various vegetables, legumes, and grains
It is your responsibility to review meal ingredients and inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee that meals are free from cross-contamination. Complete ingredient lists and allergen information are provided with each order.
9. Nutritional Information
- Complete macronutrient information (calories, protein, carbs, fats) provided for all meals
- Nutritional values calculated based on base meals and selected customizations
- Values are estimates and may vary slightly due to natural ingredient variations
- Nutritional information updated to reflect all add-ons and modifications
10. User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
- Keep your dietary preferences and delivery information up to date
11. Limitation of Liability
GYMPLANT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not responsible for adverse reactions to foods consumed, allergic reactions, or health issues arising from dietary choices.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, recipes, meal plans, nutritional information, and images, is the property of GYMPLANT and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
13. Service Availability
- Meal availability may vary based on seasonal ingredients and supplier availability
- Certain cuisine types or customizations may be temporarily unavailable
- We reserve the right to substitute similar meals if specific items are unavailable
- Menu offerings are subject to change without prior notice
14. Modifications to Service and Terms
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our service, meal options, pricing plans, or customization options at any time. We may also update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
